Between 8/16/10 and 8/23/10 a computer was stolen from a classroom in the MA building.  There is no suspect information.

Theft 082010R237

On 8/10/10 2 bicycles were stolen from the bicycle rack near the ATM.  Both bikes were locked with very small cables.  A review of surveillance video shows to male subjects approach the bike rack from off campus.  Investigation is continuing.

Theft 081910R236

On 8/17/10 a student reported the theft of their cell phone.  The student had left the cell phone sitting on a computer workstation in GateWay Central.  A review of the surveillance video shows a person taking the phone. Investigation is contuing.

On 8/16/10 a vendor reported the theft of their cell phone from a table in the CH lobby area.  There are no suspects.

Theft 081810R235

On 8/18/10 a staff member reported the theft of their office keys when their vehicle had been broken into.  The vehicle break-in occurred off-campus.

Narcotics 081610R233 CE

On 8/14/10 a student was reported to possibly be under the influence of marijuana.  Further investigation did not confirm the allegation.

Vehicle Fire 081310R232 MSC

On 8/13/10 a non-student drove into the MSC parking lot due to having car problems.  Upon stopping the vehicle, the vehicle burst into flames.  The Fire Departement responded and extinguished the fire.  No other vehicles were damaged.  The cause of the fire appeared to be electrical.  No one was injured.

Harassment 081310R231

On 8/12/10 a student at Cutting Edge Style Academy reported being harassed through text messaging and in person by other students.  An investigation was completed and the report submitted to Administrators for disciplinary action.

Student Illness 081310R230

On 8/13/10 a student suffered a seizure in the Student Life area.  Paramedics were called and the student was taken to the hospital.

Bike Theft 081110R229

On 8/11/10 a student reported the theft of their bicycle from the bike rack near the ATM.  The bike was locked with a very thin chain.  Surveillance video showed a person walking onto the campus and using some type of instrument to defeat the chain.  Investigation is continuing.

Hit and run Accident 081010R228

On 8/10/10 an employee reported their vehicle had been struck by another vehicle while parked in the parking lot in front of MA.  Review of surveillance video showed the employees vehicle had been hit prior to them arriving on the campus.

Graffiti 080510R226

On 8/5/10 an employee reported graffiti on a computer monitor in a computer lab in the MA building.  The graffiti was written in ink.  The graffiti was cleaned from the monitor.

Trespassing 080410R225

On 8/4/10 at about 6pm a non-student tried to enter the Children's Learning Center.  Subsequent investigation revealed the subject was "high" believed to be narcotics.  The subject was transported from the campus by Phoenix PD.

Threatening 080210R223 MSC

On 7/29/10 a MSC student made a threatening gesture to another MSC student while in the classroom.  A report was filed with the administration for disciplinary review.
