Student Injury 022210R113

On 2/22/10 Public Safety was called in reference to a student who had fallen in the hallway of MA and injured their ankle.  The student was provided assistance to their vehicle and was going to see their personal doctor.  Further medical assistance was declined.

On 2/16/10 an employee reported they had slipped in the hallway of CHCE and fell, injuring their hip.  The employee declined medical assistance.

On 2/12/10 a student reported the theft of their bicycle from the bike rack by the ATM.  Phoenix PD are assisting with the investigation.  Investigation continuing.

On 2/12/10 a student reported a possible violation of an Order of Protection.  Investigation concluded there was no violation of the order.  Phoenix PD was notified.

Vehicle burglary 021210R108-

On 2/12/10 a student reported theft of property from their vehicle while parked in the parking lot of the Cutting Edge Syle Academy.  Public Safety officers identified a suspect vehicle and provided the information to Peoria PD.  Investigation is continuing.

Bicycle Theft 020810R107

On 2/8/10 a student reported the theft of their bicycle from the bike rack near the ATM.  The suspect appears to be the same suspect in other bicycle thefts.  Phoenix PD officers are assisting with the investigation.  Investigation continuing.

On 2/8/10 a student reported they had cut their finger on a glass tube while participating in a lab practical.  The student was provided and band-aid and declined further medical assistance.

On 2/8/10 staff in GateWay Central reported a student had been very loud, argumentative and disruptive with the staff.  The student was referred for disciplinary action.

On 2/6/10 several students at the Cutting Edge Style academy were found to have been drinking alcohol and had possession of marijuana on campus.  Students were referred for disciplinary action.

Student Illness 020410R103

On 2/4/10 a student reported having chest pains and feeling sick in MA1100.  It was believed the student was having a heart attack.  Paramedics were called.  The student was transported to the hospital by ambulence.

Bicycle Theft 0020310R102

On 2/3/10 a student reported the theft of their bicycle from the bike rack near the ATM.  The suspect was viewed on surveillance video and is similar in appearance to the suspect from other bicycle thefts.  Investigation is continuing.

Computer Use 020210R101

On 2/2/10 a student reported an unkown subject had sent an inappropriate email from the students email account to everyone in the students address book from a library computer.  The student admitted they had not logged out of their email account, nor had they logged out of the computer when they were done.  A suspect has not been identified.
