1/21/12 1:30pm; Employees reported that a student smelled of alcohol. PS staff interviewed the student who did not appear to be intoxicated. Report sent to the VP for review.
1/18/12 4:58pm; A Library employee reported a non-student was being disruptive by making inappropriate hand gestures towards the staff and becoming verbally abusive to the staff. The individual left the Library before PS officers arrived.
1/17/12 1:31pm; An employee reported they injured their ankle when a stack of chairs fell. Medical attention was not necessary.
1/17/12 10:39am; A student at MSC reported they had been stung by an insect while in a classroom several days prior causing swelling and discomfort.
1/14/12 1pm; A student reported they were robbed while walking along the canal north of the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel after leaving the campus. Phoenix PD was contacted and a report was completed. The student was not injured. Investigation continues.
1/13/12 1:30pm; A custodian reported catching a student looking at inappropriate material on a classroom computer. A campus police officer interviewed the student. A report was filed with the VP of Student Services.
1/13/12 10:35am; A non-student was reported to be trespassing in the bookstore. This subject has been arrested on campus previously for trespassing and stealing. A campus police officer arrested the subject. Phoenix PD transported the subject to jail.
1/11/12 6:30pm; A Public Safety employee experienced pain in their calf while patrolling the campus. Paramedics were not called.
1/10/12 4:27; An employee reported the theft of their bicycle which had been locked at the ATM bike rack. The cable that had secured the bike had been cut. A suspect description was obtained from surveillance cameras. Investigation continues.
1/10/12 8:15am; An employee reported they tripped near the MA building causing injury to their hands and knees. Paramedics were not called.
1/9/12 4:45pm; A potential student was on campus with a sword, apparently unaware of campus policies. The sword was confiscated by a campus police officer. The sword was returned when the person left the campus.
1/5/12 12:25pm; An employee reported their vehicle had been struck while parked in the north parking lot causing a dent and paint transfer to the left rear corner. Investigation continues.
1/6/12 5:14pm; A student at Cutting Edge Style Academy reported the theft of personal property consisting of a bag and money. Investigation continues.
1/6/12 11am; a student reported they had received a needle-stick while participating in clinical training at a hospital. The student was provided necessary treatment.
1/3/12 3:10pm; A non-student contacted a campus police officer and advised they were having pains in their arm and felling faint. Paramedics were called and treated the individual.
