Bicycle Theft 09-038

On Friday 3/27/09 a student reported the theft of his Mongoose Mountain Bike from the ATM Bike Rack between 8:10 AM and 10:20 AM. Surveillance cameras indicate the suspect is the same as the suspect from yesterday and Incident 09-037. The suspect is wither a White or Hispanic male, mid 30's, thinning hair on top, tall and slim wearing what looks like a dark sweatshirt, short black bicycle pants and white tennis shoes. His behavior is exactly the same. He arrives from the direction of E. Van Buren, rides up to the bike rack and loiters around the area, walking around the rack and bending over and then rides off on a bike heading towards the 40th St entrance after only a only a minute or two. We are attempting to get a picture clear enough to post and to send to the police.
